3. Payments

Subscriptions (e.g. CRM / Mable system)

  • Billed monthly in advance

  • Minimum term may apply where agreed

  • Payment must be made on time to maintain access

Projects / packages

  • Typically split into staged payments or paid upfront

  • Work will not begin until payment is received

Digital products

  • Paid upfront

  • Delivered immediately or within a stated timeframe

Late payments may result in paused access, delayed delivery, or suspension of services.

4. No refunds

Due to the nature of our work:

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Strategy, consultancy and completed work are non-refundable

  • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable

If there is a genuine issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it — but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Client responsibilities

To get results, you need to hold up your side.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Give feedback and approvals on time

  • Engage with systems and processes we set up

  • Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems

Delays in communication or approvals may impact timelines and results.

6. Results disclaimer

We build systems designed to generate leads and improve performance.

But we do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads

  • Sales or revenue outcomes

  • Business growth

Results depend on your offer, pricing, market, and how you operate.

7. CRM and data

Where we provide CRM and automation systems:

  • You retain ownership of your data

  • We act as a processor of your data on your behalf

  • You are responsible for how you use and manage your contacts

We are not liable for misuse of data, spam, or breaches caused by client actions.

8. Access and termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access if payments are missed

  • Remove access if systems are misused

  • End working relationships where necessary

You can cancel subscriptions in line with agreed notice periods.

Once cancelled:

  • Access to systems may be removed

  • Ongoing services will stop

9. Intellectual property

All work, systems, content and materials remain the property of Mable Digital Ltd unless agreed otherwise.

You are granted the right to use what we create for your business.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Replicate

  • Distribute

…our systems, frameworks or materials without permission.

10. Third-party platforms

We use third-party tools (e.g. GoHighLevel, email platforms, hosting providers).

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime

  • Platform issues

  • Changes made by those providers

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Issues arising from how you implement or use our work

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in question.

12. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and expect the same in return.
